US Media Consulting Hires Fernando Gimenez to Lead Its México Office

This release announces the hiring of Fernando Gimenez as director of US Media Consulting's Mexico office.
MIAMI (March 26, 2014) — US Media Consulting, a leading in media services and advertising technology for companies targeting consumers in Latin America, is pleased to announce the hiring of Fernando Gimenez Nogueira as the Managing Director of its office in Mexico City. Gimenez will handle all of US Media Consulting’s operations in Mexico, directing a team that has enjoyed significant success in delivering strategic digital advertising solutions for the market. “We’re confident that Fernando’s considerable experience will help us grow even more in Mexico,” says Bruno Almeida, CEO of US Media Consulting.
Jesús Benítez, the previous manager of the Mexico office, will continue with US Media Consulting but will focus exclusively on sales while Gimenez will oversee the firm’s operations in the country. The change has happened as a result of US Media Consulting’s strong growth in Mexico, with revenues increasing by 59% in 2013 and a projected increase of 100% for 2014. In addition, the firm has moved to its third office in two years, a necessity given the recent rapid expansion. The new office in Zona Polanco will accommodate not only the current team but also new employees, given that US Media Consulting is currently hiring account executives and managers for its Mexico office.
Gimenez has more than a decade of experience obtained at several key brands. His career started in his native Brazil with Dow Chemical and later included Anheuser-Busch InBev, UOL and Empório de Mídia. He later was the Brazil Country Manager for Clickmagic, increasing the company’s operations from 1 employee to nearly 20. Just before joining US Media Consulting, Gimenez was the Digital Ad Sales Director for Esporte Interativo, one of the main TV sports networks in Brazil. “Beyond his proven managerial capabilities, Fernando’s strategic vision will help us offer even more innovative advertising solutions for Mexico’s media market,” says Almeida.
